If you go thru Ashland to get there, look down into the town at how the homes are constructed. As small as the foot print of Centralia was, you can now get an idea how that many people lived there. Don’t forget to check out the bypassed section of Rt. 61. Go up and down each road – there’s a forgotten “treasure” on every one. Check out St. Ignatius Cemetery; notice the difference between the front of the cemetery and the back. See if you can find the telephone pole that caught fire.
There’ll be a test when you return.

If you’re thinking about Bear Valley afterward, just be careful if you’re by yourself. Don’t wanna stay after dark, either.

I cannot wait to get my Jeep fixed so I can play again. As much as I love my truck I miss my Jeep!
