| Okay...so far the people going this weekend to Rausch are: K_enn (Sat. and/or Sun, camping at Rausch?) Fellowship Jeff (Sat) Chris & Pattey (Sat & Sun, campng at Rausch) jeepnkid08 (Sat & Sun) I'm sorry if I missed anyone....I took this from the Christian Crawlers thread. I also am cooking up a bible study/discussion for sunday morning. It'll be my first time planning something like that, but if we are to be a ministry here....I need to start opening my mouth. So...bear with me, and NO SNICKERING while I try to spit out what I'm trying to say. EDIT: I am planning on working off of Hebrews 12:1-2. Also, I think the verses are wonderful and in the spirit of the Olympics, quite appropriate! I'll also read Psalm 23, which I do NOT believe should only be read at funerals. And then open it up for everyone to say something they need prayer about, or for someone, etc. We're hoping people will agree to do it after dinner saturday evening (most of us are camping) as it'll give us a more relaxed time and we can just chill out in our chairs. We can still pray like crazy on sunday morning, but I don't want to rush the other stuff because of a wild desire to get out on the trails.

| I know you guys.... Also, I was wondering what everyone thought of doing it saturday. Seeing as we're all mostly camping, we could cook out and then do it. It'll be nice and relaxed instead of people thinking, "c'MON, let's wheel" on sunday morning. We did it before and it was wonderful....there was a great discussion and we didn't have to rush. We can still have prayer sunday morning. | |

| Alright...
Ken asked, and Chris confirmed....we ARE eating at the Goose after wheeling saturday. We aren't sure whether we'll do the bible study there at the goose (the table set up will allow for decent privacy) or wait till we get back to camp. We'll figure it out. | |

| What a great run! Chris and I got there friday night and set up the tent by headlight. Then we just went to sleep. We went and grabbed breakfast and when we got back, set up the rest of the camp and then Jeff showed up, followed by Robby with his friend Dave and Brent in his XJ. We had a nice guy named David join us also...he was from NY and had a really nice JK. We had morning prayer and headed out. We did 1c (rollercoaster) and CV. Chris can correct me, but after that, I believe we did trail O and then trail 2 over to frog hole. Then we went back to the staging area for lunch. (I may have missed a trail in there...like when we did the pole line hillclimbs, and the trails we take from 'here to there') We headed down to Lake Christy after lunch cuz a few of the uys wanted to see it. Chris and I went thru the little pond BEFORE you get to the hillsclimb to get into the Lake....and got stuck. The water INSIDE the Jeep was level with the water outside...I had to keep my feet on the dashboard! While we'er stuck, so is David in his JK over at the part that has increasingly gotten rutted out. Robby was rescuing him while Jeff was rescuing Chris. It was interesting to say the least! We all got over into the Lake and Chris showed Robby the hillclimb he did once, but was denied it on thursday when he tried. So Robby wanted to give it a whirl. He tried a couple times, but needed more of a start and just wail it up. Chris said to watch him as he went up and then try again. So Robby moved aside, as Chris attempted it again. He went up once, about half way, and backed down. Something felt funny...but he started to go again and we told him to stop. His driveshaft was hanging. There were a couple more things broken, he can tell you better... But he and Jeff worked on it for about 40 minutes...making it able to at least get out and get back to the staging area. The rest of us chatted, joked, and learned more about eachother in conversations. It was fun. Robby's friend, Dave was so excited to be there, as he'd never been off-roading before. He's a great guy...and we hope to see him back SOON!!!! We went back to the staging area and said goodbye to David (in the JK) and Robby and Dave....and then the rest of us headed to diner at the Goose. That was fun. Yummy too. Then Jeff ad the kids left to go home (long drive for them!) and Chris and I, Ken, and Brent went back to camp to set up Brent's tent and for bible study. It was great. We went to sleep around 10:30, once we realized we were getting a bit silly because we were so tired. Chris and I had sore throats from laughing so hard. Got up sunday morning and went to breakfast, and then came back and broke down camp. We all left about 11am. No wheeling, seeing as Chris wasn't able. It was a great weekend none-the-less. | |

| That was a great day of wheeling, trail selections were just nice, 1 C kicks but that is fun. I couldnt believe how stuck Dave was those ruts were nasty, when I got to the little pond I thought maybe Pattey and Chris were trying to wash out the interior of Chris's jeep when I saw the water level My rider (first timer) Dave was having a blast, but the look on his face at 1C was priceless. Sad to say I could not make it back Saturday night for prayer meeting as for some reason my tranny began to act wierd as the idle on the engine was fluctuating and the trans would not shift at normal shiftpoints, it needed to rev the motor to 3200 to get it into 2nd gear, so managed to limp the lil peanut home (any ideas ont this , sounds like someting litle maybe a sensor, TPS maybe). But it will be ready to rock n roll for September. Once again had another great day was SO cool to finally meet breadgar, (BRENT) and Felloship Jeff (JEFF). OH Pattey, vbyt the way Eugene loves the Decal next to him

| Chris is right though....hanging out with everyone was the best part. I believe I even said that to a couple of you.... ...that the wheeling was awesome, but "this" is even cooler (when we were hanging out by the picnic table) | |
