This is the Christian Crawler run...Chris and I plan on going, but in these
"we're eating bologna sandwiches" times, we'er hoping to have the $$ to
trailer the Jeep up. pirat

Post up if you think you are going. yeah

We are also having a bin at the office at RC for everyone to put a non-perishable
item into for the YORK RESCUE MISSION and PA FOOD BANK Wink

Greg may be coming too...

but...
CHRIS AND I ARE ONLY RUNNING ON SATURDAY. No The whole weekend would stretch the $$ too far.
Plus, there's a reception for the people who went on the Thailand Mission (Chris' parents did) on sunday
which is just another good reason to head back...we'd want to be there for that!

Looks like I'll be riding shotgun in the lil red peanut. I finally got screws for my hub but I don'tknow if I can get the steering box seal done and finish up the odds and ends that need to be done on the trailer in time.

Here's the deal for me.

I have a family function that I need to attend on Saturday night. However, my wife won't know if she will be working that night until late Friday. So *if* she is working and *if* the family function gets rescheduled because of it, I will try to make it to RC on Saturday. *If* I am coming, I will be there before 9:00 so do *not* wait late for me.

That's awesome, Ken!!!

Greg and his wife and daughter are 99% in.
Robby and Jimmy are coming.
Me and Chris.
Ed...and possibly Doc.
And maybe Ken.
Brent hasn't been back to say whether he's going or not.

Anyone else?

group hug PLEASE TRY TO REMEMBER TO BRING A NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEM!!!

We'll have a bucket at RC all day saturday for people to bring items in for the York Rescue Mission. It's our first time and I have no idea how many people are interested in helping, but I posted it up over a week ago on the Rausch Creek forum...and many people have viewed it. I just hope they remember!!! I'll go back in and give a final nudge tonight or tomorrow morning.

What time are we meeting? Is there a devotion period? What time are we hitting the trails? Where are we meeting? Sorry if I missed any of this info!

I have nothing planned, as this really isn't our run, it's CC's....but is anyone from CC going?
(we just told them that we'd run with them on their dates until the end of the year)

We'll be there before 8, but hope everyone will be there by 8:30 to be aired down, hugged
& kissed, aquainted, signed in and ready behind their wheels by 9. In STAGING AREA!!!!

We always pray before we hit the trails...but as far as a 'devotional' or something like the
last bible study goes...it'll have to be after dinner if people want to meet for dinner. That's
where we'll have to have it once we start our own run schedule...at least in the winter months.
And in summer, after BBQing dinner at camp!!!

PS. I FORGOT ABOUT: November 22nd 4pm for the premiere of “RCrocs Overdrive”. You read it
correct come to the Pine Grove Movie Theatre on the 22nd of November to watch the whole DVD
with 200+ of your wheeling buddies. The movie theatre holds 280 so let’s make it standing room
only!!!!!!!

WHO'S IN????? It's free!!! And a touch over 30 minutes long.

Is it the weather, kiddo? It just took me over 2 hours to get home....it usually takes me 15-20 minutes. The roads
are terrible and Chris is driving up this way to get Steven's trailer and then going home to MD again to load the Jeep.

If I had it my way, we'd be watching movies and eating popcorn in front of a fire tomorrow!!! lol!

So, we have:

Robby, Jimmy, Mike, Ed, Greg, Jaylee, Teri, Me, Chris and Brent.

Ken is out and Doc has that ear infection.....

anyone else?

Okay, meet in staging area. Everyone aired down, signed in (may as well say you are with Alpha/Omega)
and ready for prayer circle by 8:50am. We are behind our wheels by 9. Let us know what trails you want.

Forecast is partly cloudy which to me means MOSTLY SUNNY!!! And the temps are going to start out around
17 degrees and get up to 28 in the afternoon. WEAR YOUR HAT AND GLOVES!!!

I'm awake early this morning and raring to go. I'll be there unless the highway s**ks. I love driving at Rausch Creek in this stuff, but not on the highway.

cheers Had an awesome day at RC!!! It snowed last night and there was about 4 inches, and then it
came back and snowed for a while in the morning. It was gorgeous. I had snow collecting on me as we
talked in the staging area waiting for Greg, Terri and Jaylee.

Ed hooked up with a great guy named Tom that is living in PA, but he's from New Mexico. He's also into
ministry and has been on mission trips! He was super fun to hang around with and a DEFINITE wheeler.
He has a wicked cool Land Cruiser.

Mike and Chris and I met down closer to my house and had a caravan up to the park. Robby and Jimmy
couldn't make it, but were totally bummed. We missed Ken and Doc...hope you;re feeling better, Doc!!!

I have a ton of video and some pics.....but it was a bit chilly and snowy, so there aren't as many as usual.
But the videos I took are great. I'll get them posted ASAP!!!

THANKS FOR A GREAT DAY, GUYS!!! group hug

I think part of the ride home was as slow as on the trails. Super icy on 81 going home. Mike and I made it with out incident though. It is scary towing in those conditions.

Had a great day like Pattey said. I seem to have a leak in a tire, I know BIG suprise there, but I am not sure if it is the rim or tire yet. I was too cold to look very hard.

Pics and Vid to follow.......

It was strange how I met Tom. He PM'd me through the Rausch Creek forum last night after I had gone to bed. First of all I didn't think I had posted on the RC forum about today, so I don't know how he knew to contact me. Secondly my wife came down to the computer after I went to bed (something she usually doesn't do), found his message, and printed it out for me. I called him at 6:00 am this morning since I didn't know where he was located, but he said he had had a late night and was going to sleep in. Then around 8:30 this morning while I was talking to the gang in the staging are, he call my cell and said he was about 15 minutes away. I didn't even know he was a Christian. But . . . I think God had a plan.

Anyway, it was nice metting you Tom and I'm sure our paths will cross more than once.

And it was a beautiful day in God's creation! The wheelin' was awesome too.
