JULY 24TH AND 25TH

Okay.....wow, it's been a crazy few months!!! After the upcoming wedding celebration this weekend and our honeymoon, I believe everything will be back to it's normal confusion. hahahaaa

But there's no confusion when it comes to July's Schedule!!!

JULY 17TH AND 18TH is the PA JEEP SHOW at the York Fairgrounds in York, PA. We'll have the tent there as usual. Dennis and Samantha will be entering their Jeep into the voting...so be sure to go by and get your ticket to vote!!! Here's a pic I took of it yesterday as the guys were getting ready to go to RC for Chris' Bachelor Wheelin' weekend. They were so cute leaving...a little caravan of awesome Jeeps and even more awesome guys!!!



Oh, and if you need a little perspective on just how big this Jeep is.....those are 39.5's....and here's a picture of it next to my XJ....which is actually quite tall itself!




That thing is SICK.

Anyway...back on subject. We also will be having our monthly ride at Rausch Creek on the 24th and 25th. We'll be getting to the park around 8am and hitting the trails by 8:45. Be aired down and ready to line up by 8:30. If you're on your way and are going to be a tad late, PLEASE call either Chris @ 443-866-1500 or me @ 443-866-1035.

If you are new to wheeling or have a stock vehicle, please come out with us. We will take you on trails that will be easy on your rig, but to help build your confidence while still challenging you. We never make anyone do what they don't want to and/or something that will get you broken.

But I will say, there CAN be damage and breakage, you take that chance leaving blacktop, period. But we have a great record or not having anything too bad happen out there. Usually a drive shaft here or there, or a cut tire. For the most part, everyone just leaves with a huge smile on their face!!!!

I'm planning on driving out Friday night, sleeping over with my wife and daughters, and wheeling Saturday. I have three other buddies who were possibly interested if that's okay (stock JK, stock Dodge Dakota, and stock XJ). If that makes for to large a group I'm sure we could probably split off and maybe join you guys for lunch on the trail. Be good to at least meet you all.

That would be AWESOME!!! The more the merrier. We're going to make Saturday pretty tame (great for the stockers) as I will be the one heading up that morning, and Chris will be joining us saturday night (he has to work during the day saturday) and we'll end up doing tougher trails on sunday.

Woo Hoo! hope it's a good size crowd! Can't wait to meet more people!

I am not in on this one. Due to my schedule, the first one I could possibly make with this group is August. But I also want to catch the competition that month -- and two trips to Rausch in a month is real tough.

I will already be there for this weekend as it is my Toyota Club's yearly run. So I'll be wheeling from Friday to Sunday. You'll be able to find our Group Saturday night because we're never quiet! Plus, we have our beer pong tournament Saturday night and the raffle. So I'll wheel with you guys on Sunday!

Our oldest daughter is leaving for a mission’s trip to Guatemala; Paula’s taking all the youth to the airport at 1AM on the 25th with the church bus (she has her CDL); our niece on Paula’s side from NY is staying with us until August; and, I’m running AV at church on the 25th.

If all goes according to plan, we hope to see you all on the 25th at RC!!
Seriously, …just haven’t figured out exactly how yet…

I am going to have to back out of this run... Not because the Jeep in broken for once but I am just plain tired. I have alot of stuff going on right now with work and personal life. I am working 60 hours a week and with only Sundays off I need time to just relax and recharge. I know that nothing is more relaxing than a ride at the park but... I need veg time.

I am hoping that someone will step up to the plate and lead this ride. I am sorry, I feel that I am letting you all down but I need a break. I hope you all understand.

I know it's been hard for you honey with all the hours @ work. I'm sure everyone understands.

It was good to meet you folks at the Jeep Show!

A good friend of mine is bringing his Jeep up on Saturday too. We are really itching to run some hard stuff for most of the day, so it looks like we won't be riding with you guys.

I'll try and stop by in the parking lot. I'd like to meet more of you and see your rides.

I'll be up there on Sunday anyway since Fri-Sun is my Toyota mini-Takeover run. I just have to watch the weather to see IF it's going to rain...since Terri and Jayelee might drive up Sunday morning to ride with me. They are going to be SO disappointed you guys aren't there, but we understand completely. I need you to finally see the 4Runner in person...hopefully soon?? I have a yearly membership now, so ANYTIME you guys want to go, let me know. I get 1 paid sick day every 2 months, so I could even do a Friday if you guys could??
