RC trip? instead

just wanted to make this a new topic to get peoples attention. i was thinking about maybe going to RC instead of the pine barrens any takers?? sometime late this month or feb

The place we bought our rigs from is in Dover, PA (North York).
They go to RC every last Sunday of the month.

I don’t think we’ll be able to make it in Jan, but most likely in Feb. It will also be the first time to RC (well, while we’ve owned it) for Paula’s XJ.

I always enjoy RC. It is just a question of availability.

If you are thinking February -- How about President's Day weekend? For some people that is a 3 day weekend, which makes it convenient.

Oh, Brandon, I'm sorry to hear that. Trust He will provide and protect you. There are several people here that can vouch for that, including my husband, Chris (JeeperX) God will provide!!! Of course you can't just sit on your butt and God pays all the bills.....but stay faithful and trust in Him and things fall into place. Yup been there. Call if you need/want to talk. I have some pretty good stories about God providing in a time of need. I went from a 6 figure income to 1/2 of my unemployment for 10 months and was better off for it. Now I would like the 6 figures back...

im off that weekend i cant believe. my jeep is about 90% back together. just need to figure out how im going to put the electric fan back on. i dont want to put the straps through a brand new aluminum radiator.

I used those push clamps through my radiator for the efan, worked fine, been a few years, and haven't needed to mess with it again so far. They have a wide round plate that clamps both sides at the attachment points, so the fins are not distorted, at least not after ~ 80k miles so far.

I know a guy (Well, three so far actually) who makes custom stuff like that....I could see if he wants to do some up.

26th or 27th may be possible for us. We were thinking the 27th cause we're taking Paula’s rig on its maiden RC voyage, and that’s the date the place we purchased it from runs, but we’ll see how the response goes.
