new b

hello all, i'm new to the forum. i found your link on fourwheeler.com and came by. i'm also a member of pamudbusters and rocksandroost. in case anyone's wondering, i got the idea for my user name from a radio bit called mr. manly. in one of the bits he was debating about paying bills, buying groceries, or making a trans am payment......well, he made the car payment and said,"you might be without a home and hungry, but by golly you'll still have that chariot of manliness. i own a 95 jeep yj and i'm in hock for about 2 years paying for my wifes 99 jeep tj (it'll be mine shortly afterwards......lol). i'm former army, have a 20 year old daughter (recently married), a 16 year old son (thinks he's older and wiser than me sometimes) and a 1 year old grandson. my home is a bit small, when you add in the 3 dogs, 4 cats, and ferret (noah"s ark?). i'm in mount joy, pa (lancaster county......just this side of the wrightsville bridge on rt 30). i'll post some pix when i'm on my pc.

The Chariot Of Manliness thing is HYSTERICAL!!! Awesome! I was wondering how you got the name, but figured we'd get to know you better before asking those 'personal' questions!!!

Sounds like you have a fun household! You can never have too many pets! Chris won't let me get a snake (big baby) or a ferret...so we have a 12 year old toothless chihuahua and a 6 month old cat that is in one second the sweetest thing and the next, a horrible monster.

Congrats on the wedding!!! I bet that was a proud papa moment! Oh, and didn't you know that ALL 16 year old boys are wiser than their fathers???

I live in Glen Rock, PA...just south of York, so you're about 40 minutes away. We have a mod day on the 13th for some of us and several folks from the club will be there if you want to come by and meet us!!! I can send you directions.

thanks for the welcome's. i'm still not sure about the 13'th.......we're kinda in the process of looking for another house right now (long story behind this ) so i'll just have to play it by ear for now.
