| Well, of course he does. But I am referring to the Skyjacker 3" or 6" Jesus Rocks decal. I didn't know about these until I asked Pete about his at RC last weekend, otherwise I would have visited them at PA Jeeps show. But a web search shows I can buy these decals from Skyjacker's website for $2.50 for 3" or $3.50 for 6" (plus S&H, I'm sure). Colors are blue, red, silver or white for 3", or red, silver, or white for 6". I'm planning on buying one for my TJ, GC if the wife wants. So if anyone is interested in getting a decal, here's the deal I propose. I'll buy about 20 of these. If you want one cost to you is a minimum food donation of 1 can spaghetti sauce and 1 box of spaghetti to a food pantry of your choice. Honor system on this. If you don't have any ideas for a food pantry, and you are local to Harford county, I can pick up your donation once i get the decals (my church in Aberdeen runs a pantry providing 30+ bags of food a month). I also think Tabitha's House accepts food donations.
If interested, just reply to this message (no PMs please, it will be easier for me to track replies to this topic, I may PM you later once the decals arrive, I can mail decals if you are not local). Let me know your choice of size (3" or 6 ") and color. If I get 10 replies from folks who want decals I'll place an order to Skyjacker and will order the balance of decals in white and silver (I'm sure there are folks at my church who would be interested). If less than 10 replies I'll wait a while longer before ordering.
By the way, reason I suggest canned sauce instead of jars is the volunteers at the pantries who sort the food drop items every so often. If a glass jar breaks this donation does not get to the person who needs it and the volunteer at the pantry feels bad about this.
thanks Jeff | |

| Thank you! I will take 2 3" in silver and 1 3" in red. We are happy to help with the cost in addition to contributing to the food bank-so just let me know! | |

| I kind of figured there was a certain orange jeep out that that could use some bling. I'm thinking about stripping off all the vendor decals (you know, the ones that say "steal me - I'm modified") as well as the Sahara decals and putting a 6" decal on each side. If I thought I could strip off the 13 year old Sahara decals without peeling the paint. I definitely don't want Jesus lost in a sea of commercialism on the side of my jeep (kind of like what the Christmas holiday has become for too many people). | |

| I'm going to try to order these today, if we're lucky I might have before next Friday nite for the meet-n-greet. So I have OC's order for 3 decals (2 in silver, 1 in red) in 3", and I'll order what I need for myself. I'm going to order some extras in 3" in silver and in white.
Edit: I just placed the order with Skyjacker. No idea when this will ship.

| I ordered in 3": 10 white, 10 silver, 2 red, 2 blue. 3 of these go to OC. And I may grab one of the white ones to go over my gas cap lid if it fits (will remind me that Jesus Rocks every time I fill, in case I ever get hit it the head and get amnesia). I ordered a pair in white of 6" for my own jeep. So no extras in 6".
This should leave a mix of 20 3" decals. So if anyone wants one, yes, food donation will work. I'm thinking of what's left over, maybe we could put out on our A/O table (like the wristbands - for a cash donation that will go to Mason-Dixon or Tabitha's). But I would think best NOT to put out at a show where Skyjacker is present. I would not want to undercut foot traffic to their booth when I'm sure they will be paying big bucks at a show like PA Jeeps. But if we were to decide to have an A/O booth at next year's Adams Jeep Jam (hint, hint), BDS was there this year, I don't think Skyjacker was.
If these are in by Friday I will bring. My order status is "pending" which I assume means the order will be placed on Monday or Tuesday by whatever means is used to ship. I should get home Friday before heading out to CFA, so if I receive the decals by Friday's mail or the Brown truck they will come with me.
