| Okay, so my Jeep is built enough to where I have been getting into more situations where a full roll cage is quickly has moved to the top of the mod list. I'm curious what everyone is running and how they like it.
I know AtoZ makes a good cage, as well as GenRight. It doesn't need to be bolt on since I have a welder.
My only real requirement is that the factory top still needs to fit!
Any thoughts on the new Poison Spyder cage?

| can you get tube and build your own? Here is a picture of mine I'll try to get a better one if you want. that may not work if you need the back seat covered... but it trust mine to save my life if I need it. | |

| Mudslinger has a really nice one that fits with the factory top, don't remember where he got it though...
Only thing I would add to his though, seat bars for harnesses, and frame tie in's. I don't remember if it has a windshield bar either...
I'm going to stop talking about his since I cannot remember what it looks like... but its nice....

Thanks for the advice I definitely plan on mounting the seats to the cage, and the cage into the frame. Since I already have the PRP suspension seats, I guess I should also consider a 5 pt harness. I also DD mine so I would like to keep the stock shoulder belts for ease of every day driving. The cage you built looks nice. I would like to have some sort of protection for the back in case I do have someone riding back there, once in a blue moon.

| That jeep came with that cage when I got it.
Seat back tie -ins make it hard to put someone in the backseat. I thought about adding to the cage but just got rid of the back seat for more storage, but no one rides in the back of mine.
when I drive mine on the road I just put on the lapbelt, I wish I still had a "regular" belt sometimes too. When I flopped it I only had the lap belt on... wish I had put on the shoulder harnesses for that one...

| I have a GenRight roll cage and love it. The factory top fits great, The only issue I have is when we take the top down, it looks bunched up, so we just remove the top altogether just for a cleaner look. We are going to get a bikini top this year. Yes, we have the windshield bar. My jeep will be at the meeting so you can take a closer look. | |
