| I was sitting with my turn signal on, waiting for a break in oncoming traffic to make a left into the parking lot of the restaurant the company X-mas party was at... The truck behind me got tired of waiting, and went around me... ...and WHAM!!!! The guy behind HIM slammed into my butt at about 20 mph (According to the Police) The guy who rammed me in the butt was driving a lifted F-250 on MT's. Its totaled....his bumper was ~ even with my spare tire, and he went in hard....driving me forward at oncoming traffic by a couple of car lengths (No additional collisions luckily...) So, he needs a new truck. I went to the party, and then later drove the X home. He did break my rear window glass, so, I did suffer some damage, and tomorrow, in daylight, I expect to find more. A buddy taped plastic over the hatch window while I was in the party, so I just had to get in and drive tonight at least. I'm AMAZED at the magnitude of the impact at the height of the spare tire...and the relative lack of damage to my truck.  Lifted F-250  Xterra with taped window.  | |

| As long as you are ok, and you did not get totaled, you came out good.

|  I'm SO GLAD you're alright!!! It's so scary what can happen in a split second!!! That truck does NOT look good!!! And that style was BUILT well, too! I'm glad the X held up!!! | |

| AGREED!!! Mine was ultimately totaled, but what it DID withstand, while saving ME was amazing!!! They are awesome vehicles! | |

LOL Thank goodness that the party who rammed me had insurance, and will pay to have the tow hook refinished and fix the license plate trim ring.....if I had to cover that out of pocket, well, that would be a bad x-mas for the kids....probably lose the house, etc. | |
