| I love lifted full size trucks. I have a 99 Ram Diesel that is my current tow rig but it has 33's and has spent some time in the mud!!!
I would look at some side protection for wheel'n Alot of trails are tight for a full size. I have the dent to prove you need to pay attention... with proper spotting you will be fine though.

| Very nice truck. My husband (JeeperX) is a Ford guy. He had one not too different from this one when we met. It was maroon and tan (right hon?) I like the old ones....70's and 80's. The '96 is an awesome body style too.
Anyway, I know you'll have a blast with us. but Chris is right, definitely have tight trails. His Dodge has a bump or two and I had an '05 Xterra that was somewhat of a trail whale and ended up with some rear quarter panel damage due to cutting some turns too tightly near trees.
You'd have the most fun in the Pinebarrens....no rocks....nice muddy, sandy, wet area.

| Thanks! Yea.. I like the full size lifted trucks. Unfortunately they are verrry prone to body damage on the trail. I did have it out at Paragon years ago when I was living in Macungie PA (before it was lifted) and it did well with the assistance of some great spotters (and my wife yelling at me in the cab). I have some Weston step bars on it now...will that suffice? Any suggestions? Definitely not opposed to a few small dents or scratches - it is the big ones that I want to avoid. Umm..maybe if I print this and show it to the wife it may accelerate me getting that new Jeep..... | |

| That is uncommon. Total lack of attention on my part. Don't let that scare you from going out. | |

| Whew!!! LOL!
Yea..I figured it would be tight. I had it up to Paragon a few times before it closed down and it was pretty tight there also. Still have a few scratches form the trees and rocks there.
