I saw that on another forum. I try not to be worried about things lke that cause in the end I already know who wins. I read the book, now I am living the movie. Times will only get worse till Christ comes back and takes His people home.

I had to turn the video off when it told us how many children a Christian family should have to "keep up with the Joneses"....or is it the "Fayads"?

I'm not trying to be argumentative...but you did post this in the discussion section. I'm not saying I'm right....I'm just saying how I feel about what was presented.

I do not think the problem lies with our "populating" or lack there of....it lies in Christians who live a double life, Christians that are only Christian on sunday, Christians that are WAY overzealous and thus making the rest of us seem not so credible. I could go on.

Why aren't they picking on China? There are over 1,330,044,544 people (most of which aren't Christians) China IS still a threat to us. Where are the videos on that?

I will finish the video later...we're going to celebrate moms day with Chris' family.

I WANT OPINIONS ON THIS ONE.....ED ALWAYS BRINGS UP A GOOD SUBJECT, I SAY WHAT I THINK AND IT ENDS THERE. I DO NOT ANSWER AND EXPECT MY THOUGHT TO BE THE BE ALL & END ALL. I'M JUST EXPRESSING MY OPINION.......WE WANTS YOURS TOO!

Simply looking at it from a statistical standpoint (with no consideration to religion) this video simply points out that due to the "breeding" of the Muslim populations, they will be in the majority by the years mentioned, and therefore able to change any law, or maybe even constitution, that they desire.

Now . . . to look at it from a religious point of view . . . why is it that throughout all Biblical history dating from before the Israelites, up to an including today, that the believers in God have periods of high and low tides in their faithfulness. It takes something like a major calamity to bring people back to God and then as soon as the calamity is over, they begin to stray away untill the society is decadent once again. My question is this: Has anyone ever heard of and ebb and flow in the religion of Islam? It seems like they are always on fire for allah.

WHAT DO THEY HAVE THAT WE DON'T?

talk about a wierd thought about it. kind of make me feel bad for not having anymore children but why would i want to have family go through this problem. we know who the true God is just means we have to reach out to people. just because they were born muslim dont mean they are all muslim faith.

Having more kids to "keep up" sounds kinda Morman to me. Plus it is a choice to follow Jesus, I was born to a very God centered family but still strayed for 16 years and am running to catch up.

To Eds question - I don't feel that they have the free will that Christians do. If you do not follow then you are "out" I feel that they follow more from fear then faith. Not all of them but alot.

I agree that this video isn't quite so much religious based, plus the fact that I made a few Iraqi friends and Afghan friends I know they aren't all bad people that would destroy the world through breeding. The majority of them want peace as much as we do over here.

That's such a hard one. Chris and I are talking about it right now, as I type....because I keep erasing and re-writing.

One...I detest the term "breeding".....they're not animals. Those people are just like us (with a different faith). When people hear "Muslim" they think 'terrorist'....but they're just thinking about the extremists. (mainly because our liberal media...who to me are the terrorists, keeping us all in the dark about what is really happening.......watch international news stations, you'll see the difference) But these people are not the extremists. No more than we are...even though there are some Christian Extremists out there.

Two...Laws there clear and are enforced...I mean REALLY enforced. You steal, you lose a hand. We are a spoiled nation with a whacked out and insanely lenient and uneven (if not outright criminal itself) judicial system. I read a page in PA laws where some of the DUI information listed the Penalties and Fines in Your State for a First, Second and Third DUI or DWI Conviction. Second? THIRD? I love our freedom...but I believe other countries have it right with their punishment systems. Remember the kid that vandalized while in another country and they arrested him and were going to flog him? Then his family tried to fight his punishment? He deserved every strike, in my opinion...and in the eyes of the LAWS. You break a law, you get punished.....but that's not the case here, all the time. Maybe I'm going a bit off-topic with the 'law' things.....but I bellieve it is intertwined with faith.

I believe the Muslim faith is the same way as their laws. They truly believe the consequences of sin and do not waiver. We (and I say 'we' as in a generalization, please do not take personally) will remember the consequences of sin and 'try' to behave. But when we don't feel like behaving...it's as if we figure that the punishment (hell) isn't immediate and we can "make up for it later".

Anyway.....I have to run....this is an awesome thread and I want to hear more. I have to thank Adam for a well said post. Bless you for being over there. You too, Steven...we love you. Adam, it was nice talking to you the other night. Cant wait till friday!!!!
