2013 Bel Air 4th of July parade

I originally posted this in outreach and serving events but I'm going to post it here as well.
PARADE TIME
Hi All! We had so much fun last year with our first parade participation, that we should all do it AGAIN!!!
BIGGER AND BETTER!
This year the parade will be held on Thursday July 4, 2013 from 6pm to 8pm.

I need to let the Bel Air 4th of July Parade Committee know by JUNE 1, how many vehicles will be participating in the parade representing the club!
This year the parade theme is "Celebrating America's Volunteers"
(Pets are welcome!)

Once I get a Jeep/vehicle count, I will notify everyone of further parade instructions!

You know I"m in! Plus my son is in the parade as McGruff the Crime Dog for the Bel Air Police Dept Explorers. Guess I'll have to cover my tags! LOL

Hey y'all! I know i'm super late at responding. I forgot my password and I was trying to figure out the work schedule. We will be able to participate. I know it's past the response date so if you can't add our vehicle is there someone we can ride with? Hopefully things will settle down soon and we'll be seeing y'all more often! We miss you!

No worries...you jeep is welcome in the Parade.   Tina is good at predicating and making sure that those who want to participate can!  

Ok gang, it's getting close! I received an email stating that we are in the parade for sure. I will be getting a more detailed email stating our staging area and time, soon.

... And they also said that they are going to be staging it a little differently so you weren't waiting so long like last year.

Ok people, I received the email of our directions for July 4th. 

WE WILL ALL MEET IN THE BIG PARKING LOT NEAR APPLEBEE'S IN CHURCHVILLE AT 4:30 SHARP!!! 

There, we will have about an hour to decorate the Jeeps, before we need to get to our staging area which is East Gordon street in Bel Air NO LATER THAN 5:45!

I don't know how to decorate my Jeep for the parade. Someone help!!!!

im out. I cant get off work. its the height of the rental season at my new job.

Rob, think red white and blue, patriotic and we'll have a sign for some jeeps. And remember the theme is celebrating America's volunteers so if you can decorate to the theme, great!!!

I hear ya! been that kind of week for me. I think Sam is taking doors off but that's the only special thing we've come up with...

sorry i missed it everyone! my significant other and i decided to spend July 4th together at the last minute... between my EMT crash course, just recently having been cleared to drive certain fire vehicles, and finishing up my clearance as a full firefighter and making sure i have time to see my GF things have been crazy hectic for me...i haven't forgotten about the club though! i'll still do my best to be involved over this next month and a half despite my packed schedule, and once it hits the end of August i should have a much more flexible schedule again

No worries...we missed you but glad you finally had some down time:D 

Anyway, PA Jeeps is right around the corner so hopefully we will get to spend some time with you there!
