Hi, my name is Jeff Watts.
I would like to share with you a need that my friends have.
You see they run a ministry called Go Beyond the Cross lending much needed aid to the poor and dying in Rwanda, to those who just cannot help themselves. Patrick provides medical aid and comfort to Rwandans that they would not receive otherwise, as many of them leave this world. To some Beyond the Cross is their only hope for help.

The current vehicle used by Patrick and Melody Lherisson of Go Beyond the Cross; required repairs. They took it to a repair shop in Rwanda, but the shop owner and Patrick didn’t agree on the price of repairs. The shop owner and employees surrounded Patrick and he was attacked. He suffered bruises and broken ribs. Rwandan people that knew Patrick called the police and the shop owner and employees were arrested. They were afraid to go to prison because the people that Patrick ministered to in jail might seek revenge for Patrick. So they agreed to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle if Patrick would drop the charges. But this vehicle is not suited for the terrain of Rwanda and will most likely break down again. Clearly they need a more capable vehicle to help their ministry and not hinder it. This is where we come in. A used Toyota Land Cruiser cost about $10,000, but it would greatly improve their ability to help the people of Rwanda. Please lend a hand for Patrick and Melody to raise the money they need so lives can continue to be touched by Our Lord.
