SERVEFEST 2013

Ok Folks- April 27th is Servefest.

One oppotuntity that looked interesting was for Emmorton Elementary School. Mulching, weeding, trimming bushes, edging. Starts at 9 a.m and we should be done around 12 noon. This is an awesome way to serve our community and we always have a great time doing this.

I need to have a count of volunteers as soon as possible.

Put Billy and me down for this. But better count us as 1 since Billy will probably need a lot of supervision.

Are we supposed to go into the web site to sign up individaulyy or will Orangecrush be signing up the lot of us? From the looks of things if they get the requested quota they may stop signup for a given service opportunity.

I e-mailed the coordinator. Please go to the Servefest site- http://servefestmd.org/ and sign up. On the sign-up sheet there is a section that asks about being connected with any other organization. In that section type in "Alpha Omega Offroad" this way they can track the number of members that are associated with our club.
