| JULY 25TH AND 26TH WACKY HAT RUNOkay guys.....please wear your wackiest hats....there will be a prize for the wackiest. Also, as we are trying to serve our community and bring Jesus' love to others, we ask that you bring a bag of any of the following: canned goods, old -but in decent condition- clothes, school supplies, or household goods you no longer need or use.......for Tabitha's House (Tabitha's House provides these things to those in need in Harford County, MD) If you do not bring a bag, we ask that you give a $10 donation to run with the club that weekend, which also will go to Tabitha's House. (smile, we're doing this for people that need it more than we do. We are all very blessed and sometimes forget it when times are rough, but we can bring a blessing to others by helping out. God's love abounds!!!) Chris and I will double the amount that you all bring in, whether money or food. Let's do this!!!!For more information on Tabitha's House, click HERE |

| I just talk to Ang and we should be able to go. Plus I want to show off Chewy's new face lift, a Warn bumper. If it stops raining I'll take a pic. |

| So if my shoulder is healed by then, I'd like to come up from Richmond and join you guys on the ride. I haven't been wheelin' since March and the Jeep and I are getting stir-crazy. We'll probably need to come up Friday, so can someone give me some info on where to stay Friday and Saturday nights. We don't mind camping if we have to. We've never been to RC. _________________ GROCERIES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' GROCERIES!

| That's awesome!!! We are definitely camping on saturday at the park. Bring a tent! But you could crash here on friday (Chris' house) as we usually take off early saturday morning to go to the park. (as long as you don't mind loud snoring, a mean chihuahua with no teeth, and a cat that will follow you EVERYWHERE.......and then there's Adam. *shiver*) HAHAHAHA!!! Just kidding Adam! Anyway. Hope your shoulder heals up. Did you have a rotator cuff repair? I know that's a LONG healing process, but well worth it compared to the pain people have BEFORE the surgery! How's it going with the club? I know it's hard sometimes...but keep it up. |

| Hey thanks for the invite. We'd be fine crashing there. PM your address and phone. It'll most likely be 8-9pm befor we can get there. | XterraXtian wrote: | | Anyway. Hope your shoulder heals up. Yes I had surgery. I dislocated it in January in a fall. Had surgery Mat 14th. Now I'm doing the PT.

Not much happening with the club. Can't seem to get anyone together, and very few hits onthe forum. In addition, I've not had the time to update it daily, so the content is stale. I'm trying to decide how to proceed from here. Looking into a registered domain name, but no one wants to donate the funds, and since I was out of work for a while, my $$ is tight. I'll just have to see how things go... maybe its just my time in the pit, but I'll eventually climb out _________________ GROCERIES? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' GROCERIES!

We understand that!!! It fluctuates, just let it ride. It's feast or famine. When it rains, it pours......and sometimes it's a desert.
Stick with it. We've had times where we thought, "How are we even doing this and who really cares?" But people DO care and we have a great core group of people that make it to pretty much every run, and a group that loyally joins us in community stuff. I'd like for it to be bigger with that particular group, but sometimes it's hard because people live further away, etc etc.
We'll pray for your shoulder. I'll PM you the address as we get closer. We usually leave at 5:15am on saturday morning. |
