I just texted her about the hat contest.. She is excited...

She also loves to donate to great causes.. We constantly do it for school...

We met some of you at the PA jeeps show today, and my family and I would love to come along next weekend. Do we need to make camping reservations ahead of time or do we just get a campsite when we get to rausch creek?

Just find a flat spot, pitch your tent on it, and you're good!

Same here eadgbe194 - We met some of the club at the PA Jeep show earlier today. We're plotting and seeing how far it is from the house

... thinking about making it since hubbie is saying "COME ON IT'LL BE FUN!!!"

For camping you need to pm lynn on the rausch site to tell her you will be there. Whom ever gets there first save a big spot. Lots of campers this trip

Looks like I will be able to finally make a ride with you guys on Saturday. My son is also planning to attend. We usually meet at Rachel's for breakfast around 7.

We are going to start another thread to get a good head count but from what I remember ALOT!!

Pattey and I are going to try to get up there Friday night. It might be late though cause I am volenteerint to do a service trip with the youth group at church. I will be sleeping and working at the church Tues, Wed, Thurs nights and then leaving that early to head to RC. But I cannot leave till the project is done. My rule not theirs. So I will be heading straight home loading the Jeep and heading back out for camping.... Gonna be a LOOOOOOONNNNNGGGG Week.

HOLY COW WE HAVE A HUGE GROUP GOING!!!! This is great.

First...thank you to the people we met this weekend for coming by here and saying hello and for wanting to come out with us....you WILL have a blast!

Second...Mr Brubaker, it'll be awesome to finally meet you. We love having Clay with us and look forward to seeing the both of you!

THIRD...HOW MANY PEOPLE WISH TO CAMP??? We will start another post on this. Please post "yes", "me", "I am", etc etc. But please do not post up explaining why you cant camp. I want to get a head count of yeses.

For those who want to stay at one of the hotels, I will post up a message tomorrow evening with the addresses and phone numbers for the nearby places to stay. Most will run anywhere from $55-70 a night. We especially love the Comfort Inn at exit 100 (right near where we go to dinner) They have a good continental breakfast and WAFFLE MAKERS!!! HA!

Can't wait to see you all. And please remember from the first posts on page one:

1. whacky hat....whackiest will win a prize.
2. either a bag (paper bag or grocery store plastic bag) with either old (still good) clothes, canned goods, school supplies or toiletries for TABITHA'S HOUSE in Harford County. If you cannot/do not bring a bag, we ask that you donate $10 to go towards TABITHA'S HOUSEs Ministry.
3. BRING YOUR FUN, SMILES, AND SENSE OF ADVENTURE!!!! Also, a picnic lunch for on the trails. Dinner will be at the Goose.
